Well, noone can see them but they sure are important. Your switch you use sends a signal to the actual motor to telling it to go up or down. That motor then actually has to suck voltage and output power to push and pull that window of yours where it needs to go. Over time it wears out.. (You’ll notice it getting slower) Well, from there just either let it die and leave you getting wet or sporting a nice plastic bag over your door or get a used window motor that is OEM and low in use to replace the one you have. There are literally thousands of window motors out there. Probably the most readily available are the chevy window motors since there are so many of these on the road in the first place. Be sure to grab one that was pulled closer to the age of the vehicle since then you know its not been in use.. These things can sit up fine and that means no up and down stress on the solenoids.

Well, we had a Suburban with around 50K on it and it started going nuts. The speed would just be all over the place and then it would just go down to 0. Glad we had it under warranty or we would have been out around a grand for a new one. There was an option of getting a used chevy speedometer from a salvage yard and that would have been our choice had it not been under warranty. Once we got it in place they just had to reset the miles to match the original and its been good ever since.

Today cash is tight for many folks. The idea of spending 20,000 to 30,000 dollars on a new or used car is a heavy task. The new car smell wears off and then we are just left with a payment in most cases.. No fun.

One alternative that people don’t think about is replacing the parts on their car. Specifically with the cars engine many times the problem could be related to the cams or just the top end of the engine called the cylinder head. This is basically the ‘cap’ to an engine and where lots of activity takes place. Cylinder Heads are readily available on the internet and can be a great alternative to a new car or even a new engine. You can try out UsedCylinderHeads.net if you want to get a quality OEM one thats come from a similar make/model. They have a 90 day warranty as well.

When one thinks 4×4 they normally don’t think “Performance”, thats for sure. However, try mushing through snow without one..or without a working one. Not too fun.

This product won’t make your day or even get you the least bit excited but we found it worth posting about considering. Findout out you need a transfer case is usually a pretty abrupt message. Basically you either try and go into 4 Wheel Drive and can’t or you are and then you are not. Noise can be part of the equation.. and not a pretty one.

In a nutshell, there are plenty of quality used transfer cases out there. Keep in mind most of them these days are not getting used but for certain seasons therefore picking up a used one is not normally a problem.. unless its a really old unit – in that case I’d go with a rebuild.

If you are in the market.. try a used transfer case from UsedTransferCases.com You won’t be dissapointed.
